WinPep

WinPep is an application for Win95 and higher for analysis of polypeptide sequences. For analysis of nucleotide sequences, use WinGene.

• Simulation of sequence specific cleavage

• Display of amino acid sequences as helical wheels
• Display of hydropathy plots of sequences
• Display of the domain structure of proteins.
