What am I even doing with "Cookies"?!

Why do I use cookies, what data is transferred and, most importantly, how is it used?

So far, I’m not really using the data. However, I have linked Google Analytics to this page to see how many people use it effectively (soon). No personal information is transmitted, not even an IP address. It only looks at “usage behavior” (so for example which links were clicked, how long is the average interaction or which links are clicked).
