About me

I am a graduate student focusing on computational genomics, clinical metagenomics, the early detection of cancer, and targeted drug delivery.

Research & Publications

I develop bioinformatics algorithms and AI/ML techniques to analyze the microbiome from liquid biopsy samples, aiming to identify early indications of diseases such as cancer, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's.

Work & Teaching

I lead a research-driven course at ETH on Clinical Genomics, offered every semester and open to all students at ETH. Additionally, I usually mentor two to three bachelor's thesis students per term.
