I am a post-doctoral researcher in the Soil Chemistry Group in the Institute for Biogeochemistry and Pollutant Dynamics at ETH Zurich. As a soil biogeochemist and environmental mineralogist, my work focuses on understanding the biogeochemical processes that drive element cycles, particularly in soil.
The aim of my current research is to improve our understanding of the transformation of iron minerals in redox-active soil environments, with a particular focus on the transformations of iron oxyhydroxides and iron hydroxysulfates in acid suflate soils.
