The Kantonsschule Wettingen (KSWE) is a school located in the Canton of Aargau, Switzerland. It was founded in 1976 and offers both Gymnasium and Fachmittelschule programs. The school is located in the former Maris Stella convent, which was converted into a school in 1841, and also uses other buildings around the monastery for classrooms.

It's the only Gymnasium in Switzerland that offers a double degree of Swiss Matura and IB (International Baccalaureate). And of course I went to that class XD

The Wettingen Cantonal School has its roots in the Wettingen Teachers' Seminary, which was founded on the former grounds of a dissolved Cistercian monastery in 1841. In 1976, the seminary was upgraded and renamed as the Wettingen Cantonal School. In 1998, the school underwent further expansion with the implementation of new Matura types according to MAR.
