SwissPCPK - Swiss Paediatric Clinical and PharmacoKinetics Data Stream

A collaborative project between Patients and their Families, Swiss Children's Hospitals and Swiss Academic Institutions with the goal to optimise and individualise dosing schemes for children, based on available and prospective clinical data in Switzerland and according to the FAIR principles of data Findability, Availability, Interoperability and Re-Useability.
